Mansfield Town fanzine, Dejavu are planning a special 20 year anniversary edition in 2018….
The fanzine was first published in March 2018 so is due for a bit of a celebration to mark the milestone.
After a 12 year absence since retiring as editor, Michael brought back the fanzine for what was planned as a truly one off edition following the sad passing of good friend and Stags legendary supporter Chris Taylor,
‘Issue 18` was given away FREE for the Hartlepool away game on April 2nd 2016, it has since been available online for anyone to read.
The new Special edition will once again be FREE to anyone joining them on the last away game of the season trip to Yeovil, where the holiday makers will be given a printed version, again in full colour.
The edition will also be available online again upon their return.
We have no doubt, it will be just as bad as the previous 18 issues, they wouldn`t want it other way.
Michael told this website “The response to our return for the Hartlepool trip, was out of this world, I was very humbled to receive such praise for not only the event we put on, but also the response to the fanzine as well.”
“It was always in the back of my mind we were on the verge of our 20th year anniversary, so it can`t be ignored, like most bands getting back together, we need to do someting in our history to mark the occasion.”
