Both have signed one year deals, as the squad now starts to take shape ahead of the new season.
Sandwith (32) was with Oxford Utd last season, making 22 appearances, and is well known as a free kick specialist.
After a bit of a lull at the start of the summer, Stags boss David Holdsworth is now making the right sort of signings to get the Stags faithfull in the right sort of mood for the new campaign.

very dependable. Solid a defender. Only weak point is attacking with the ball. Will always give you 100% either at left back or left sided centre back. Can at a push play left sided midfield. But will not take a player on.
