Ex-Liverpool Star silent after loss.

Ex-Liverpool Star and Chester City boss Mark Wright was silent after his side’s 2-1 loss to Mansfield at Field Mill on Tuesday Night.

Wright failed to even turn up to the post-match interview, as he kept his players locked up in the dressing room.

Wright’s anger was caused by a string of poor performaces, after a 1-1 home draw with bottom club, and odds on favourites for the drop, Torquay United on Friday night, followed by defeat in the 82nd minute after taking an early lead against Mansfield on Tuesday night.

Chester have subsequently slipped below The Stags and into fourteenth in the League Two table.
