Cox Happy With New Faces

Four new signings in the past week has bolstered the Stags squad, and left manager Paul Cox with much to ponder about the future…

Defender John Dempster, Bradford striker Nialle Rodney, and Kettering duo Marcus Kelly and Aman Verma have all arrived at Field Mill on different deals, now Cox is hoping they will bring results with them.

Cox told the CHAD this week ‘It has been a hectic time, the squad lacked depth and needed strengthening, so we have gone for four players.’

He concluded ‘We need to raise the bar even higher.’
