Forest to Visit One Call

We hate to tell you so, but in early May we predicted Nottingham Forest would be coming to the One Call for a pre-season friendly, and that has proven correct.

The two time European Winners (zzzz), as their supporters long to tell everyone, will be heading this way on Saturday 22nd July as part of a three game home run ahead of the season for the Stags.

Adult prices for the game will be £10 in advance, but there is a £2 surcharge if you turn up on the day.

The Quarry Lane we are being told, will also be closed for the match.

Notts Forest only just managed to avoid being relegated to League One, despite changing their manager to ex Rangers boss Mark Warburton, their 18th change in the same amount of months.

We would like to think this would be a good measure of the Stags credentials for the upcoming campaign, but personally I’m looking forward to the Sheffield Wednesday friendly a bit more!

Vital Mansfield did predict all three friendly games at the One Call this summer, if you don’t believe us, have a look!
