Extended Deal for Blackburn Starlet?

Blackburn starlet and Mansfield Town Loanee Bryan Hodge could be set for an extended stay with The Stags, if boss Billy Dearden has it his way.

Mansfield Town manager Dearden stated ‘Young Hodgy has done a great job whilst he has been here and I will be looking at trying to keep him on after his loan is up after the Macclesfield Game’

‘He is a smashing lad who trains hard and works hard and as I have said before can play football. At this time of the season you can only take players on loan a month at a time, but I am keen to keep him here, I think that he has slotted in well in the three with Dawson and D’Laryea’

Hodge has made four appearances since joining on loan from the premiership Lancastrian’s and has impressed already in a short period of time.
